Your clinic owns and controls the patient data it enters into Naab. We act only as a processor and handle that data on your instructions. Your clinic is responsible for obtaining the consent it needs from patients and for using the platform in line with applicable laws.

We never sell your data. We share information only in these limited cases:

Trusted service providers (such as hosting and payment processors) who help us run the platform under strict confidentiality.
Legal requirements, when we must comply with the law or a valid legal request.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Naab to manage your clinic, subject to these terms and your subscription. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or build a competing product from the platform.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Naab for any unlawful purpose or in violation of patient-privacy or healthcare regulations.
Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Share your account or resell access without our written permission.
Misuse patient data or use it for any purpose other than operating your clinic.

Your Content & Patient Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Naab. You grant us a limited right to host and process it solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data and for obtaining any required patient consent.

Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice, effective at your next billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

Naab, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by law. These terms do not transfer any ownership of the platform to you.

Suspension & Termination

You may stop using Naab and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the platform in a way that harms others or the service. On termination, your right to use Naab ends, and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Naab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not a medical provider and do not give clinical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Naab operates. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
